PM Narendra Modi attacks congress in Punjab for failing farm loan

He was given the benefit of doubt by the court as there was no conclusive evidence against him.

BJP contests three seats in Punjab while SAD fights the remaining ten. Vinod Khanna had won Gurdaspur in 2014 on a BJP ticket but Congress wrested it in the byelection held after his death.
