Steps to correct your Voter ID
- Log in at voters.eci.gov.in or open the Voter Helpline app.
- Select Form 8 — Correction / Shifting / Replacement / PwD marking.
- Choose the change type: correction of details, change of address, or replacement of EPIC.
- Enter your EPIC number and the corrected details.
- Upload supporting documents (e.g., address proof for a change of address).
- Submit and note the reference ID to track your request.

- Name, relative’s name or date of birth
- Photograph
- Address (shifting)
- Gender or other entry errors
