A large share of your voters will never see a digital message

In most Indian constituencies a substantial number of voters, often the older and rural ones who turn out most reliably, do not use WhatsApp and never see a campaign post. They own a phone that makes calls and little else. Digital-only campaigns quietly write these voters off without ever deciding to, then wonder why booth results in exactly those areas did not move at all despite months of visible activity elsewhere.

  • Candidate voice recording
  • Regional language delivery
  • Lakhs of calls per day
  • Answered and unanswered reporting
  • Scheduled retry logic

What’s included

The candidate's own voice

A personal recorded message carries far more weight than a text broadcast, particularly with first-time and older voters.

Regional languages

Record separate versions per language or dialect and target them to the booths where each is actually spoken.

High-volume delivery

Lakhs of calls placed in a single evening, timed for when voters are at home rather than at work.

Answer reporting

See who answered, who listened to the end, and who never picked up, booth by booth.

Retry logic

Unanswered numbers are retried on a schedule instead of being abandoned after one attempt.

Rapid turnaround

Respond to a rival's claim the same day, which is often the difference between rebuttal and silence.

How it works

  1. Record the message

The candidate records thirty to sixty seconds, in each language the seat needs.

  2. Segment the list

Numbers grouped by booth and language so each voter hears the right version.

  3. Schedule the blast

Calls timed for evening hours, and around rallies and polling day.

  4. Review the report

Answer and completion rates per booth show which areas heard you and which did not.

Why IndiaVoteKar

We publish profiles of 786 sitting MLAs across four states and track every upcoming assembly election in India. Campaign work here is built on that election data, not on generic marketing tooling adapted after the fact.

Election data first

Constituency, party and incumbency data already in-house, so targeting starts from facts rather than guesswork.

Built for Indian seats

Booth and ward hierarchies, regional languages and Model Code timelines are the default here, not an afterthought.

Live in days

Campaign windows are short. Setup is measured in days, so you are reaching voters while it still changes the result.

Frequently asked questions

How long should the message be?
Thirty to forty-five seconds works best. Most listeners decide within the first five seconds whether to stay on the line, so the candidate should identify themselves and give the single most important reason to listen immediately.
Are there restrictions during the Model Code of Conduct?
Yes. Once the Model Code is in force, campaign expenditure must be accounted for and content must comply with Election Commission rules. We keep records suitable for expenditure reporting and flag content likely to attract objection.
What time of day works best?
Early evening, generally between six and nine, when voters are home and free. Calls placed during working hours have noticeably lower answer rates and can irritate the people you are trying to persuade.
Can I use a celebrity or party leader voice?
Yes, with their consent, and it typically lifts answer completion. Many campaigns run the candidate's voice as the main message and a senior leader's endorsement closer to polling day.
How is this different from IVR?
Voice broadcasting plays a message. IVR asks the voter to respond by pressing a key, which turns the call into a survey. Campaigns frequently run both: broadcast to persuade, IVR to measure.
