Owaisi calls Rahul Gandhi a captain who abandoned the Congress ship
All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen president Asaduddin Owaisi on Monday mocked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, comparing him to a ship’s captain who saves himself instead of his passengers. He made the remarks while campaigning for an AIMIM candidate. Remarks on Rahul Gandhi Owaisi said a captain normally makes sure everyone is evacuated when a ship goes down, but Rahul Gandhi had left once he saw the Congress sinking.
