Complaint Redressal

Complaints relating to content

Any complaint about content published on India Vote Kar may be made by an aggrieved person to the Grievance Officer, whose contact details are given below. India Vote Kar publishes news and current affairs content in digital form, and follows the grievance redressal mechanism set out for such publishers in the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

How a complaint is handled

  • We acknowledge every complaint on receipt, and aim to do so within 24 hours.
  • We decide the complaint and tell you the outcome within 15 days of receiving it, which is the period allowed to a publisher under the Rules.
  • If you are not satisfied with that decision, or if we do not decide within 15 days, the Rules provide for the matter to be taken beyond the publisher under the three-tier grievance redressal mechanism.
