- Yes, provided you message voters who have consented and you follow WhatsApp Business policy along with the Election Commission Model Code of Conduct once it is in force. We set campaigns up on verified business infrastructure rather than personal numbers or unofficial bulk tools.
- How quickly can a campaign go live?
- Usually within a few days. The gating item is template approval, which sits with WhatsApp rather than with us, and is why we start it first rather than last. Voter list cleaning happens in parallel, so approval is normally the only thing you are waiting on.
- Can I message different booths differently?
- Yes, and that is the main reason to run this properly rather than from a phone. Each booth, ward or panchayat can receive its own message in its own language.
- What voter data do I need to supply?
- At minimum a name and mobile number. If your records also carry a booth or ward against each voter, segmentation becomes possible, and that is where most of the value sits.
- Do supporters get a way to reply?
