Chief Minister Yogi : 50 Lakh Compensation For The Family Of Constable Harsh Chaudhary

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath announces 50 lakh compensation for the family of Police Const. Harsh Chaudhary who has been martyred during an encounter at Amroha on Sunday.Chief Minister Yogi also declared that, there is 40 lakh compensation to the wife of Harsh Chaudhary and 10 lakh for the parents. One Govt. Job has been also announced for the family of Const. Harsh Chaudhary as additional.

The Constable was a native residence of Hathras Districtt. Police has informed that a state funeral would be accorded to him.

According to the sources Anand Kumar, Additional director General (ADG), Law and Order, said that the encounter ensued when a police party was in search of a criminal at Bachhraon in Amroha district. When the police asked the criminal to surrender he hurled fire at the police in which Const. Harsh Chaudhary sustained by bullet injury. He immediately got leaved for TMU hospital at Moradabad where he failed to resist his injuries during treatment, and passed away.

In the related fire the criminal Shivavtar also got bullet injury and Passed away at the same hospital.

The encounter where held at the mid of 7-8 in the evening, when police, on the basis of specfic information, went to a tube-well located at Bachraon area in search of Shivavtar. Shivavtar was having 19 criminal cases against him. When Police asked him to surrender he fired on police in which our brave Const. Harsh Chaudhary got Bullet injury. He immediately got rushed into the hospital where he died during the treatment.
